I just found your website. Great videos. Quick question. My HPFP failed a week or so ago (according to my service advisor there was a significant amount of metal shavings in the fuel pump). My dealer informed me today that my fuel sample passed and they will begin repairs. When I asked what parts they will need to replace he said only the fuel pump. Does that sound right? If there are metal shavings isn’t it a given that you have to replace more (like fuel injectors)?
