How To Deal With Cars that Come Back
Comebacks are something every mechanic will deal with at some point. Many times it is not the mechanic’s fault, but plenty of times it is. Either way, it’s more about how we handle the situation that makes all the difference. We had the attitude at my old dealership “Be the HERO”. This mindset to the customer can be hard at first, but does make for a win win situation.
