Today we go back July 2015 and talk about the state of the shop at the time. This is back when I was full time at the dealer, most likely as the shop Forman. On the state of the shop shows, I run down some of the more important things we had going on. We were in full swing of Routan recall for WIN module, water pump recalls on GTIs and a whole bunch more.

Today we are going to look at the State of the Shop. I wanted to cover a handful of topics in one video and keep everyone up to date on the happenings at the VW dealer. This show we are going back to mid March of 2015. We had just hired two new guys from tech school. If I recall correctly, one was invited to leave after about 3 weeks. Nice dude, but wasn’t cut out for the job. The other did really well. We are also talking about TDI cold start issues, wiper blades freezing, and other weather related issues.
