How To Install A Catch Can ~ 2.0t TSI Engine

Today we are installing a Black Forest Industries BFI Catch Can on a 2015 Tiguan. This is a Volkswagen CCTA engine and the DIY applies to most VW TSI engines. This may help reduce carbon build up on the intake valves for GDI or Direct injection engine More about carbon buildup

Passat bumper and grill

Removing a bumper cover on a VW is not really that hard. In fact its super easy. With a few basic tools, you can have the bumper cover off faster than you can watch this video. Why would you need to remove the bumper? In my case, I removed the grill and bumper covers to remove the headlights for a wiring repair. You might also want to remove the bumper on the way to putting the car in service position. Service position is used for jobs like radiators and timing belts.

How to remove a sunroof

How to remove a sunroofIn this DIY and Drive video, I will show you how to remove a sunroof glass on a Volkswagen. This job was performed on a MK4 Jetta. Re sunroof remove is very similar on many other Volkswagen models. The job is pretty easy, and it makes it easier if you can move the sunroof glass with switch. But if the sunroof is stuck or has no power, it because a little harder. Luckily I will show you how how to open it but hand.

Audi Bumper DIYIn this DIY and Drive video, I will show you how to remove an Audi bumper and cover. This mostly applies to the Audi A6 from 1997-2004. The techniques used in the video may apply to other vehicles and rear bumpers as well. Removing the bumper cover on a B6 Passat is very similar.
