Oil change intervals have been a hot topic for many years. And people really do have an almost religious like attachment to engine oil. When you start to get into oil change interval and what the best time to replace oil is, people get just as crazy. But what is the right answer? Should you follow the book 100%? What about those oil life monitors that many car manufacturers use? Can you trust that?
Today I take Conrad’s question as part of The Survival Podcast Expert Counsel. He wanted to know what the best oil change strategy was. We will look at changing oil once a year, following the “Quicky Change” sticker, the owners book, and the oil life monitor.
