Wiring electric cooling fans is almost a must for a VR6 turbo build. Not only will it move more air, but it cleans up the engine bay. In the last cooling fan video we learned the theory behind wiring cooling fans. I walked you through the wiring diagram to understand how I made my cooling fans work.
Today we are looking at how to wire the fans to make them work. You can use several methods to make these wiring connections. If you would rather solider, then solider on. I typically use the crimp connection method as it is the factory recommended process for making wiring repairs. When done properly, it is a very strong way to make wiring connections.
