VW door panel DIYIn this DIY and Drive video, I will show you how to remove door trim panel on a Volkswagen. This job was performed on a B5 Passat. Removing the door trim panel can be very similar on many other Volkswagen models. The job is pretty simple and straight forward. You will have to take car not to damage the trim while removing the door panel

bumperIn this DIY and Drive video, I will show you how to remove an Audi headlight. To remove the headlight, the bumper or bumper cover will need to be removed. You can check out the other video I did on how to remove that. This mostly applies to the Audi A6 from 1997-2004. The techniques used in the video may apply to other vehicles and rear bumpers as well. Removing the bumper cover and headlight on a B6 Passat is very similar.

In this DIY and Drive video, I will show you how to remove a Volkswagen alternator. As I mention in the video, you will need to remove the serpentine belt, and the belt tensioner. Luckily I have a video on how to remove a VW serpentine belt tensioner. This car is a 2.0 Jetta MK4. And while I am using this one for the demo, the strategy used can be applied to many other Volkswagen and even Audi cars.

In this video I will teach you how to remove the rear door from a VW. This applies to a wide range of Volkswagens. And while some doors may be slightly different, you can use these techniques to successfully remove most doors. It is also important to always be safe. These doors are generally heavy. I highly recommend you have someone help you lift the door away from the body of the car.
