Happy Monday everyone. Today I am answering your automotive questions. I will also tell you that a few parts of this video have odd audio. It sounds like some electrical interference. Charles, this is a very informative episode. If I had a nickel for every time someone asks me about what it takes to standout and move rapidly to the main shop, I’d be up 10k or so. You did a far better job of explaining this that I have ever done. In fact, here’s what i’m going to do: I’ll bookmark this video, and send it to anyone who comes asking me about how long it takes to move from service express to the main shop.
