What the future of auto mechanics will look like is an interesting topic for me. I started in the industry just before all the “driver assist” systems came into play. While there was not a ton of things changing, everything was primed to change. This meant I was in the perfect spot to learn what was old, and what was going to be new. But today the industry is moving at an insane pace. Before we know it, the roads will be filled with autonomous UBERs bringing people to work. But what does that mean for automotive technicians?
