Published on August 26, 2015 under Podcast

It has happened to me so many times. I am in the middle of a repair and realize I don’t have the tools to finish the job. That generally means another trip to the store. Well when it comes to DIY car repairs a trip to the store may not be an option. There has been a lot of buzz around here about DIY car repairs. There are so many car repairs that are very easy DIYs and even someone with little car knowledge can do. But there are things that you need to consider before jumping into a DIY.

That’s funny, that’s actually exactly why I was so afraid to try and fix my car myself when I was a teen – if I mess up, I can’t even drive to the store to get what I need, or worse, drive it into the shop so an actual pro can take care of it! I was always super skiddish about even basic stuff like changing spark plugs because of that.

Once i had tried to fix the problem and opened most of the components but at the end forgot how to close again. Then after i would go to mechanic. It was too much weird for me.

I would recommend not to do any engineering with your car or van just go to mechanic.
